Processing Time All orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping methods: Standard Shipping Estimated delivery time is 7 business days. Shipping time may be delayed due to location, weather conditions and other factors.
Shipping Cost Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and the total amount of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, and you can view the specific costs on the checkout page.
Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the order status on the shipping company’s website.
Confirmation of Receipt Please inspect the items immediately upon receipt. If you find that the package is damaged or the items are not as you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Address Change If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. We will do our best to process your request, but cannot guarantee that all address changes can be completed before shipping.
Undelivered Orders If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons, the shipping and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for undelivered orders or returned packages.
Lost Packages If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the shipping company and resolving the issue.
